SUPPLY PICK-UP
Please remember this will happen every other week!
If you need to pick-up your child(ren) supplies in a different moment of the day please contact the front the desk.
FROM THE OFFICE
If your child is walking to School please ensure they are symptom free for school. Also letting them know that when they arrive they should come through the walk thru playground gate, go to the health check adult (Mr. Dennis, Mr. Stephens, Dr. Prevot, or Mrs. Jones) to have their temperature taken and that we will ask them health screening questions as well.
- COVID TESTING CONSENT: The deadline was Wednesday, February 24th, but we will continue to accept the forms. If you are opting out of on-site testing, it is helpful if you please send the form in with your child’s name and simply write “no” when you return it. We will not test a child without written consent from the parent per the form. If you need a new form please let us know. The form is also attached below for you to print and return if you prefer.
- THE TRAVEL GUIDANCE has certainly evolved and will likely continue too. Currently we are following the most updated, February 23rd, Oregon Department of Education and Oregon Health Authority recommendation for travel. The recommendation says: Individuals arriving in Oregon from other states or countries, for non-essential travel, including returning Oregon residents, should, but are not required to, quarantine for seven days after arrival with a negative covid test.
We strongly encourage you to follow all social distancing protocols such as : wearing a face mask, social distancing, hand hygiene, and keeping your "bubble" small. All of these steps have shown to be effective in reducing the spread of Covid-19.
Faith and Cultural Diversity Co.
BOOK STUDY-
The Faith and Cultural Diversity Committee would like to invite you to go deeper in your faith this Lent by journeying with us on 33 days of prayer in preparation of making a total consecration to Jesus through Mary. This devotion was created by St. Louis de Montfort who wrote extensively on the virtues of Our Lady, what true devotion to her consists in, and how the faithful need to turn to her as the way to her Son, Jesus Christ.
As a community, we will be following the daily prayers written by de Montfort using the book Preparation for Total Consecration According to St. Louis de Montfort and conclude after 33 days with a total consecration prayer to Jesus through Mary. Each day has short readings, reflections, and prayers (~5 minutes) that take you through ways we can mimic the life of Mary and Jesus.
We will have an initial interest meeting Monday, March 1st at 4:30 where we will discuss our weekly meetings and start date. We have also graciously been donated 4 copies of the reading guide that are at the front office desk. First come first serve!
If you have any questions or concerns, please email Maddie McGraw at madie.mcgraw@stagatha.us.
God Bless!

!!AUCTION!!
Welcome to the kick off the 2021 Auction “Stranded at the Drive-In”. My wife and I are thankful to have the opportunity to lead the Auction this year and look forward to working with our parents and community.
Thank you for your continued support as Room Parents, coordinating and facilitating class parties, setting up parent-nights, communicating to our families, and answering questions, so Thank you!!
It’s Auction Time! We will be having both Live and Silent Auction items, although there will be fewer items this year given the on-going pandemic and many limitations.
This is where we need your support.
We are continuing the tradition of Classroom participation and asking our Room Parents to coordinate key items for the Auction.
This year, our hope is that you will enlist another parent to coordinate this effort.
We are happy to support, along with Nicole Sears, our PIPS Room Parent Coordinator.
