SENIOR SPECIAL EDITION - CLASS OF 2021

SENIOR & GRADUATION INFORMATION!

UPDATED GUEST INFORMATION - PLEASE READ!!!!

Pasco County Schools has updated the limits on guests. Please know that CCHS will have no limits on guests at Graduation. Each Graduate will still have two designated guests seated with them on the field. They have already designated these individuals. Any changes to these two guests needs to be communicated to Rusty Copeland NO LATER THAN Tuesday, June 1st at noon.


Our stadium capacity is 2,500. With 310 graduates, this means that each graduate can bring approximately 8 guests per person. We will be allowing entrance to the stadium on a first-come, first-served basis until capacity is reached. If you want to ensure that you and all your guests are admitted, please arrive early. Gates will open for guests at 5:30pm.


Our ceremony will begin promptly at 7:00pm. Graduates who arrive to the Cafeteria later than 6:30pm will not be permitted to walk in our ceremony.

Bug Spray - Please Use Bug Spray!!!!!

The Coyote Stadium has frequent mosquito visitors. PLEASE PUT ON BUG SPRAY prior to coming to the Graduation. It will be necessary!!!!

Graduation - GUEST EXPECTATIONS & INFORMATION

Parents/Guardians of Seniors & guests, please read the attached document for specific information about the Class of 2021 Graduation. Please make special note of updated guest information and arrival times. We also want to make sure you are aware that we will be streaming the ceremony via our Facebook page for any additional family members or friends who aren't in attendance at the ceremony.


Guests will be permitted to bring ONE sealed bottle of water for this event. No other drinks will be permitted in the stadium.
