Weekly Reflections
Work Hard....Be Nice
Focus of the week: Intervention
I hope that you had a great week! I wanted to reflect with you on working hard and simply being nice. It goes a long way. Quite frankly, if you work hard, there is no time to be mean. It also pays to be nice...especially to students. Please let us remember why we are here and why we do what we do. I am still seeing too much combativeness from adults to students. This is not the culture that will exist at North. Please reflect and take time to make adjustments on those behaviors if that is you. If not, I appreciate you being nice, professional, poised, and prepared. Let's make it a great week!
#ALLthewayUP!
Glows:
1. More proactive thinking
Grows:
1. Increase expectations (expect students to get to class on time)
Thanks so much!
