Including public, private, and parochial schools, RILINK now has a least one school in every Rhode Island school district except Middletown and serves over 70% of Rhode Island K-12 students..
Booklynx- A Summer Reading Resource
BookLynx just passed 1,500 titles. You can find the list of the 35 BookLynx eBook and digital audio book titles added or renewed for July at http://bit.ly/blynxJuly18. Many of these titles are from your summer reading assignment or suggestion lists; more titles from these lists will be available in the next few weeks. Instructions for adding BookLynx eBooks and digital audiobooks to your library’s FollettShelf are on our web site at https://guides.rilink.org/shelf on the [Add/Delete Titles?] tab.

Check out RILINK’s guide to summer reading and assignments by district and school at http://guides.rilink.org/summerreading. The guide tabs feature other summer reading programs, including Libraries Rock, the public library reading program sponsored by the Office of Library and Information Services (OLIS). The guide also includes a librarian’s suggested summer reading list compiled by Joyce Polucha, school library media specialist at Cumberland High School. Destiny 16.0 Coming to RICAT July 23!
Additionally, updates to Destiny Discover will occur throughout the summer, including
- upgrades to the current User Interface for consistency with Collections (already implemented in late June)
- ADA compliance (early August)
- new Follett eBook reader functionality (no date set)
- a new Discover mobile app (no date set).
