Qualities of an effective leader
There are many different opinions out there on how a leader should be. Ultimately its due the preferences of the people to decide what they are. In my opinion the basis of a gold leadership depends on the balance between being stern and commanding and being empathetic towards your followers. What this means is that you must be one who is able to be one who is an effective task giver so the followers wont get to comfortable with their work. You have to make sure they are giving 115 percent in order to achkeve the ultimate goal. Being empathetic works with this as you know what is best for the people so you'll be able to understand what they want. Voting and doing something due to the popular opinion will also be efficient as you are fulfilling the needs of the people.
leadership style
As a leader I like to voice my own opinion very strongly. I think about what could be done for the wellbeing of the group. However, I still have the ability to sympathize with others opinions and needs and will go wih the majority if the group does vote for it. However, in situations where I know something is deemed to fail, I automatically veto the idea as in my mind it comes across as totally preposterous. Im not afraid of risks and find them as a challenge to test my strengths and weaknesses. Even though I am stern on directions,I enjoy having a sense of humor and act as comic relief in tense times. In a sense, im a deep thinker who just wants what is best for the group and strongly defend my own opinions.

personality
Recently due to a popular online test, it has come to my attention that I have the personality type ISTP (introverted, sensing, thinking, perceiving). Upon further brainstorming I have come to a conclusion that I am heavily influenced by the personality I have. As a kid and even now I always never liked prolonged social contact. It was always fun for me but I always liked to gather myself up with my own thoughts. This in a sense has turned me into a deep thinker who has much more going on in his mind than other people might perceive. I like to think through situations with others input to think of the most logical situation to the problem. Even though I do like to think deeply for a solution I dont like to plan ahead as I much more enjoy sensing and perceiving the situation around me and thinking of an answer on the spot. This is what makes ISTPs known For being bold risk takers as they are mostly always able to weave their way through tough predicaments. Even though the outside appearance of many ISTPs is to talkative and tasteless, much more goes on in their head than what people think essentially creating two personalities representing the outward side and the inward critical thinking and leading side.
