International Day

Our 1st Annual International day was a huge success!! During the day we welcomed the HC 2nd grade students as they toured AH learning about different countries and famous people from around the world. Our 3rd graders presented their poster boards, 4th graders their digital presentations and 5th graders brought their research to life by turning their classroom and halls into a museum. It was amazing to see all the fun and learning going on!!

The evening portion kicked off with a traditional Irish dance performed by members of the Irish Dance Club. Afterwards, families from our community shared information from various countries along with some beautiful cultural artifacts. It truly was a special day!! A BIG THANK YOU to our HSA, Mr. Sumski, HC HSA, staff and all the families that contributed to make this a wonderful experience for everyone!

Student Work/ Learning Process

Celebrating our students' academic process is a norm at AH. Teacher feedback is a major part of that process. The work displayed throughout the halls at AH is a celebration of the teaching & learning process.
