1:00 Chapel begins in the auditorium at Traders Point Christian Church.
Please park between the church and the school. Volunteers will be in the parking lot directing you to the correct entrance and assisting our guests with special needs. Students will attend chapel with their classes, as some have performances prepared that require moving to the stage and back. You will meet your grandchild(ren) in their classrooms at the school during our Open House.
2:00 Open House begins at the school.
You are invited to visit your grandchildren's classrooms, enjoy refreshments and tour the school together. We will provide a map of classrooms labeled with teacher names. Please come prepared with the names of your students’ teachers. There will also be student volunteers in the halls for assistance.
3:00 Dismissal
If you are taking your students home, please make arrangements to check them out from their classroom teachers. Thank you!
Let's Grow 5K
Step 1:
Plan to join us for our first 5K Run / Walk benefitting Traders Point Christian Schools on Saturday, April 22! Please bring your whole family and invite your friends and neighbors for a fun day you won't want to miss!
Step 2:
Reach out for Support and Help Traders Point GROW!
Students have been asked to reach out to extended family, friends and neighbors to ask for support for their participation in the 5K. This is similar to the pledge per distance model, but rather than pledging a certain amount per mile, a supporter can give a set amount for the student's participation in the 5K.
Students received their Donation Register envelopes and will use these to record and collect any cash/check donations. Envelopes will be collected at school on Friday, April 21st.
Donations can also be made online and dedicated to a particular student by visiting http://getmeregistered.com/LetsGrow5K and choosing "Let's Grow 5K" from the list. (Direct your supporters to scroll down below the registration options to the donation option.)
Please encourage your students to be a part of helping our school GROW! Thank you!

Applications submitted by the 15th of each month will receive a response from our business office by the end of that month. You then have two weeks to accept, reject or request that we consider an adjustment. So once your 2016 tax return is completed, submit your aid application on FACTS – here’s the direct link: TPCS Financial Aid Application. Contact Cheri Bracken with any questions.

SCRIP- Shop to Earn Cash Back for Tuition!
With scrip fundraising, families can easily earn cash for tuition for their own children (80%) and for the school (20%) while they shop.
Scrip is simple. Order gift cards, e-cards, reloadable or printable certificates for many places at which you shop, dine and play already and a percentage of what you spend comes right back to you as a credit on your student account. Simply use scrip gift cards for everyday purchases, and earn a rebate on each one at no additional cost.
Scrip is easy. Families purchase online – no checks, no submitting order forms to the school -- and your cards/certificates are available either instantly for print, redemption on your Smartphone, or as reloadable gift cards. For more information, visit the Scrip website at www.shopwithscrip.com.
To sign up you will need our Traders Point enrollment code. However, we are unable to publicly publish our enrollment code for security reasons. Please email tpcascrip@gmail.com for this code and further directions.
We pray this will be a blessing to all of our Traders Point families!
