Leading and Learning
Region/Division Officer Teams
What's a region? What's a division? What's the difference?
PSEA is divided into 12 regions, made up of 11 geographic regions across the state and one statewide region for ESP members. So, our EA members are part of Mideastern Region (Bucks and Montgomery Counties) while our ESP members are part of the statewide ESP region and Mideastern Division. Our region, while smallest by square mileage, has the second-largest concentration of PSEA members in the state.
Both our region and division host a wide range of association meetings, events, and professional development opportunities at the PSEA field office in Montgomeryville. This office is also the PSEA workplace for our eight UniServs, three associates, staff attorney, and field manager that work with our members and local leaders on a daily basis.
As of September 1, our leadership team consists of the following PSEA Members:
Mideastern Division:
- Chris Cooke, President, Council Rock Administrative Assistant
- Deneen Dry, Vice President, Central Bucks Staff Nurse
- Randy Godin, Secretary/Treasurer, Bristol Township Paraprofessional
Mideastern Region:
- Bill Senavaitis, President, Central Bucks Language Arts Teacher
- Alan Malachowski, President-Elect, North Penn Music Teacher
- Bill McGill, Vice President, Perk Valley Elementary Teacher

Transforming School Culture and Climate: The Servant Leadership Model
This PSEA webinar details how educators can implement and utilize a platform of character education and servant leadership within schools to foster more positive, safe, inclusive, and welcoming school climates and cultures. A culture of servant leadership within schools, for both the staff and students, can be truly transformative in changing the culture of a school and the community it serves.
At the end of this learning experience, participants will be familiar with a framework and have a short-list of strategies for actualizing the Servant Leadership model in their school.
This webinar will take place on October 16 from 7pm-8:30pm and is Act 48/Chapter 14 eligible. To register, click here!
