Legislative Branch
We make the laws!!!!!!
What is the legislative branch?
The Legislative branch is the branch of the United States Government that has the power of legislating. The reason why we have the Legislative branch is because it makes everyone equal and it helps people know or understand what they can do or what they can not do. If we didn't have the Legislative branch then everyone would not be treated equally and everyone would go wild they would not know what is right and what is wrong.
The senate is the people that legislatures have a vote on its not based on popularity. Since then the people that get chosen to be senators have been elected for a 6 year term by the people of all states. Senators are given a set amount of time so that while they do that people have time to vote for the new senators and set up all the rules and everything.
Congress, the legislative branch makes all the nations law. The congress has unlimited powers.
