Weekly Wildcat
January 21, 2022
Dear Sundance Families,
We hope your wildcat had a great four day week at Sundance. Next week, our Wildcats will participate in The Great Kindness Challenge. This is a positive, action-based bullying-prevention initiative that promotes a school culture of kindness, compassion, unity, and respect. This challenge week gives every educator and student an opportunity to model and focus on kindness practices not only at school but in our community. Our Wildcats will watch kindness-themed minute long clips, complete a kindness checklist, participate in a daily kindness creation station during recess, and write a thank-you letter to healthcare workers.
Have a wonderful weekend,
Mrs. Katz, Principal

Sundance Events - Volunteers Needed!
Do you love Sundance school events and community-driven activities? Join the Sundance PAC this year to help continue our tradition of school events that enhance both Sundance student’s and the entire family’s school experience!
We are looking for volunteers to run the Talent Show & International Fair this year in order for these events to take place.
Talent Show: Coordinate auditions and help to plan and promote the Talent Show for 3rd-5th graders. A Sundance staff member will help as well!
International Fair: Help plan and promote the family led interactive booths at our international fair.
Grab a friend or neighbor and volunteer together! Current PAC & Foundation members will also be available for input. Please email Lori Faydo Lfaydo@att.net if you are able to help.
