Macbeth
In the book Macbeth written by Shakespeare it is about a man named Macbeth and his want for power. Macbeth wanted power so he could boss around everyone and do whatever he wants to do to live his best life.
In the story Macbeth, Macbeth wanted more power so he thought of things to do so he could get more power. So he came up with this idea of killing the king and not telling anyone so he could become king and control everything. This is what Macbeth decided to do and he went through with it and told the people that it was the guards that killed the king because they were covered in blood.
After everything was said and done Macbeth took the throne and was finally king and now he was able to boss people around until he killed the kings sons family. This is an example of how Macbeth is willing to do anything to keep his power. But there were other people that told him to kill the king, they were the three witches. The three witches told Macbeth if he killed the king he would get away with it and become king. Macbeth believes the witches and this is where Macbeth messed up big time. He made the mistake of trusting the witches instead of his own heart.
In the end the king's son came back and decapitated Macbeth and took back the throne. If Macbeth wouldn't have listened to those witches then he probably would still be alive and in a
couple of years he would have had a good life. But i guess the moral of this story is don't trust anyone you don't know especially witches.
Real Life Comparison
My movie comparison is on the movie the Lion King I compared this movie to the book Macbeth. In the movie the Lion King Mufasa is king and his brother is scar and scar is willing to kill Mufasa just to get the throne. Mufasa's son is Simba and he comes back and fights scar and feeds him to the hyenas and takes back his rightful throne. This is basically the same story as Macbeth but its in a cartoon form. Because Macbeth kills the king to get the throne and the king's son comes back and kills Macbeth for the throne.
Desire for power
All Macbeth wants is power Macbeth wants power because he believes he will be a lot happier and have a better life with power in his life. This desire comes from the three witches and how they tricked him into killing the king. The witches say there's all these upsides for having the throne but the cost will catch up to Macbeth at some point. Macbeth wants power so that he can get the stuff he wants and control people how he wants them to be. Macbeth is a very greedy person and he is very selfish too this is why he does things just so he can get power and live his life how he wanted to.
Macbeth was sent always this greedy though. Macbeth was a warrior he was a pretty good one to he served his country and he was the leader of the
