From Mr. Relken
Getting into a routine is probably a good description of what the whole staff is doing. To quote one of our teachers, “This is the best start of the year we have had at Oaktree in many years.” The Leader in Me has been a huge motivator for all of us. As Stephen R. Covey says, “True greatness will be achieved through the abundant mind that works selflessly – with mutual respect, for mutual benefit.” This is the way that we are beginning to think. They call them habits for a reason and we will be spending a lot of time and effort developing the habits within all of us.
