Fire Drill on Monday:
Our students completed a fire drill on Monday and did an outstanding job. All students cleared the building in a safe and timely manner. I was so proud to see all of our students taking this drill seriously and I was impressed with the teachers being so well prepared.

8th grade visit to Johnson Wednesday:
Wow!!! What a great trip over to Johnson High School. Our 8th grade students did an awesome job representing Tex Hill. We traveled by bus to the beautiful Johnson campus,we were greeted by the award winning Johnson Cheerleaders and we watched performances by extremely talented students in Band, Choir, Orchestra, JROTC, Theatre, Color Guard, Cheerleading and Dance. It was a well organized show that highlighted many of the extra curricular opportunities waiting for our students when they get to Johnson.

Honor Band: Our Tex Hill Honor Band lead by Mrs. Rosenberg traveled to our feeder elementary schools on Friday, Jan. 15th for a music filled recruiting day. The students were excited about the opportunity and did a great job performing for the elementary students.
