PARKING LOT PROCEDURES
I will continue to communicate with you if we need to make further adjustments
Arrival: Parking Lot Procedures
1st-5th Arrival
Please pull all the way forward when you drop off your student in either AM or PM cohort.
We do have ONE bus so please leave room at the end of the driveway for the bus.
- AM Cohort: Front gates open at 7:50, please don't drop off prior
- PM Cohort: Front gates open at 11:35, please don't drop off prior
TK/Kinder Arrival
Please note that our bus parks in front of the Kindergarten gate but I am not yet sure if it will interfere with Kinder Arrivals, please leave that area open and do not park in front of that spot
We do have ONE bus so please leave room at the end of the driveway for the bus.
- AM Cohort: Gates open at 8:00, please don't drop off prior
- PM Cohort: Gates open at 11:30, please don't drop off prior
Dismissal: Parking Lot Procedures
Please pull all the way forward when you arrive, the parking lot will not start moving until students are dismissed from class
We do have ONE bus so please leave room at the end of the driveway for the bus.
- Students will walk out to their Alphabetical Groupings and stand in that spot until they see your car
- NEW: no need to circle around if you don't see your child...just pull forward.
- If your child sees your car, we will have them walk to you so we can get the parking lot flowing
- At this point the far lane is only for passing, students will enter your car on the MPR side, inside lane
- NEW: AM Cohort: ALL students will walk out at 10:45
- NEW: PM Cohort: ALL students will walk out at 2:30
- No more A-M & N-Z dismissal, they will all be dismissed at the same time
TK/Kinder Dismissal
We do have ONE bus so please leave room at the end of the driveway for the bus.
- Please either park off campus and walk to pick up your student
OR
- NEW: Estrada, Lenk/Wilson and Flores' classes can pull up to the driveway and the paraeducators will bring students up to your cars
- NEW: Knese and Zuber's families can pull into the staff parking lot to pick their students up from the side gates
- AM Cohort Dismissal: ALL students will be walked out at 10:30
- PM Cohort Dismissal: ALL students will be walked out at 2:00
THURSDAYS!!!! Meal Pick Up
This does not affect us on Mondays but it does affect us on Thursdays
ON THURSDAYS!!!
IMPORTANT FOR THOSE PICKING UP STUDENTS IN THE PARKING LOT
Please note that anyone that is picking up MEALS and students will go to the RIGHT lane
Anyone picking up ONLY Students will go to the left lane and then merge to the right to pick up students.
We will see how this works today and then adjust if needed.

- If entering from the front they should use the main FRONT gate and walk their bike through the courtyard to the bike racks

NEW TIME to avoid Hybrid PM dismissal time!!!

- To keep our staff safe, ALL people in your vehicle MUST wear a MASK
- PRINT & LABEL Last Name Signage for each child. Hand it to staff during pickup.
Student Material Pick Up: You will receive new bags if your child is in a new class. Please print off the Last Name Signage Sheet below and have it ready when you drive up.
Items to pick up/drop off:
- Return Library Books
- Pick Up Library Books
- Return work back to your teacher
- Blue Bags: pick up new work
- Keep the blue bags materials come in. Reuse them when you are asked to return materials to your classroom teacher. Don't have a blue bag? Label any bag with your child's name, grade, & teacher.
- PRINT & LABEL Last Name Signage for each child. Hand it to staff during pickup.
