Agenda for March 24th

1. Chicken or the Egg -- A discussion of what comes first when a school is wanting to improve its grading practices.

2. Accountability with Support

  • How are you holding students accountable for turning their work in?
  • What academic supports do you currently offer?
  • Are those supports designed to provide extra help, extra time, or extra practice?

3. Reflection on where your school is at and exploration of next steps.

We have included examples of Danny Hill's The Power of ICU layers of support, Ken O'Connor's Grading Fixes, and some resources from O'Connor's book A Repair Kit for Grading here in this link. https://tinyurl.com/jh98cehh
