APRIL 23rd - ACT TEST AT PHS - PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED
APRIL 30th - AUDITIONS FOR MUSICAL PERFORMANCES AT GRADUATION CEREMONY
Any senior student who wishes to perform a musical piece during the graduation ceremony must audition to be selected. Students wishing to audition should contact Mr. Westendorf or Mrs. Steward and plan to attend the auditions during Railtime on April 30th.

MAY 8th - SPRING AAA ASSEMBLY IN AUDITORIUM 8:30am
MAY 11th - PHS Junior/Senior Prom at the DECC
MAY 13th - GRADUATION TICKETS AVAILABLE IN HS OFFICE
Each senior will be given 10 tickets for the graduation commencement ceremony. The ceremony will be streamed live on RailsTV so if family members cannot attend, they can tune in. During the month of May, students who do not need all 10 tickets will return unused tickets to the office and those who need more than 10 can get on a list in the office and be notified when more come available from other students. Students will not receive their tickets until all unpaid lunch balances are paid and detention time is served.
MAY 13th - PHS Choir Concert - 7pm
MAY 15th - CAPS AND GOWNS DISTRIBUTED
MAY 20th - PHS Band Concert 7pm
MAY 22nd - PHS SENIOR WALK THROUGH ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS
MAY 22nd - Baccalaureate 5pm
MAY 24th - Senior Class Trip to Taylor's Falls All Day (**FEE CHARGED $45.00**)
MAY 31st - LAST DAY OF SCHOOL
MAY 31st - Commencement Rehearsal #1 11:30am
JUNE 2nd - GRADUATION DAY
- All graduates will meet at Skyline Social & Games in Hermantown and ride buses down to the DECC together in their caps and gowns.
- Buses will leave for the DECC at 3:30pm
- At 4pm, all graduates will participate in another rehearsal on the stage where they will practice the processional and recessional and the process of getting their diplomas.
- At approximately 4:30pm, the band and choir will rehearse their pieces for the commencement ceremony.
- At approximately 5pm, the graduates will be free to meet with their families in the concourse area.
- At 5:50pm the graduates will line up to prepare for their processional into the auditorium.
- At 6:00pm graduation commencement will begin and will be streamed live on RailsTV for those who could not attend.
- Immediately following the commencement ceremony, graduates will get their actual diploma from Mrs. Rands in the concourse and any student with an NHS sash will turn it in to Mrs. Rands.
- Shortly after the end of the ceremony, graduates will board buses for the all night grad party activities.

**EVENT COMPLETED** NATIONAL ASSESSMENT OF EDUCATION PROGRESS - SELECT SENIORS - FEBRUARY 6th
Each year, the federal government selects schools and specific students from specific grade levels to test in order to see where America stacks up against other first world nations in education. This year, Proctor high school has been selected and there will be a select number of seniors who will be chosen to take this test on February 6th. More information to come.

**EVENT COMPLETED** THURSDAY, APRIL 18th - SENIOR CLASS PHOTO AT GOLF COURSE LOCOMOTIVE - 10:40am SHARP!
All seniors are asked to be at the Proctor Golf Course locomotive for a senior class photo that will be taken at 10:40am SHARP. Students who do not have a ride should communicate with their fellow classmates to get a ride. Students who drive should park in the city hall parking lots and avoid parking in the Proctor Museum Parking lot so that vehicles are not in the photo.
