Meet Authors Donna M. Johnson & Christine Wicker

Donna M. Johnson's book, "Holy Ghost Girl" is a critically acclaimed memoir deemed "enthralling" and "a sure bet" by the New York Times and "compulsively readable" by Texas Monthly. The book was hailed by the Oprah magazine and made the Oprah.com Memoirs We Love list twice. The book also took top honors in the Spirituality category at the New York Books for a Better Life Awards.

Christine Wicker's seventh book, "My Spirit Took You In" is a memoir about the fiancee of Thomas Duncan, America's first Ebola victim. She's written a memoir about losing and finding her faith, a true crime book, an investigative expose, a narrative nonfiction book about magic in America, an inspirational business book, and a New York Times bestseller that told the story of the country's only town where everyone believes in talking with the dead. For 17 years, she was an award-winning reporter and columnist with the Dallas Morning News.
