PTO Happenings

The HBMS PTO was busy during the month of January. We hosted two successful Dining for Dollars events that resulted in raising about $350 for the school. We were able to bring a little Valentine’s Day ambiance into the hallways for the students to enjoy, as well as updating the H.E.A.R.T. Award bulletin board. So many students stopped by to let us know how much they liked and appreciated the decorations! The PTO was also happy to be able to sponsor our 8th grade students to attend an upcoming performance of Into The Woods at Prairie Ridge. We are also busy showing our Guest Teachers our appreciation for giving their time to help support our own faculty members. Guest Teachers are vital to keeping classrooms running smoothly when our own teachers are unable to be there. The PTO is providing little treats to welcome them to HBMS.

The Spirit Wear and Concessions committees are back in the school during athletic games and matches, but are still in need of parent volunteers. Please take a look at the SignUp Genius link for available shifts and consider volunteering!
