ITEMS NEEDED FOR BOTH CAMPS

Road Construction Detours

Starting July 9 (our first day of Marching Band Camp at RHS) the city of Roswell will close the intersection of Hardscrabble and Chaffin roads for two weeks. Detour routes will include Etris Road, Crabapple Road, State Route 92/W. Crossville Road, and King Road.

These road closures and detours will effect your commute to RHS! Band camp START time is 9am. Please plan accordingly so that you are ready to start at 9am. The band room will open at 8am...plan to arrive in plenty of time to do your socializing and get your instrument ready!

VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED!!

We need your help to make Marching Band Camp a success! Every day, we need parent chaperones to fill morning, afternoon and evening shifts...these volunteers render first aid if needed and are an extra set of hands throughout the day. We also need fresh fruit and salty snack donations to keep the students hydrated and refreshed. Please go to RoswellBand.com, scroll down to the CHARMS calendar, and click on the multi-colored hand to volunteer.

LETTER JACKET FITTINGS

Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors who have earned their letter have the opportunity to purchase a Letter Jacket during Marching Band Pre-Camp. A Balfour representative will be on-site on Thursday, July 12 during lunch from 12-1:00pm for Letter Jacket Fittings. Letter Jackets are optional, but great to have in the stands on a chilly Friday night! YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR LETTER TO THE FITTINGS TO ADD TO YOUR JACKET! This is a special fitting for our marching band members, which will also get our order ahead of the general population at RHS (production time for jackets is 6-8 weeks) just in time for the Fall weather!
