A Dynamic Plan
The system has made changes based on input from families
Superintendent Mike Daria says the system's academic continuity plan must balance high expectations with flexibility.
Device Pickup Information
As of April 10, TCS completed an initial round of device pick up for students in grades 3-12. Our next steps include the following items:
Providing another opportunity for those who missed the initial device pick up session.
Preparing devices for students in grades K-2.
Reviewing our records to identify and add students who were missed in the initial device pick up sessions.
The key for families is to make sure your child’s teacher is aware of your need and to look out for communication about when to pick up devices. Most future pick-up sessions should occur at the student’s home school. However, this may not necessarily be the case, so pay careful attention to location information.

Resources for Parents in the Age of COVID-19
Your child's school counselor is also available to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have during this time away from school. Contact information for school counselors can be located on the district website.
The Week Ahead
Spring Holiday Ahead! April 17 will remain a non-instructional day. Although your student may have assignments, it will be a day they don't have to log in for live classes!
Meal Distribution Monday. The system's change to meal distribution means students can pick up a week's worth of meals Mondays from 11-noon. Click for more information.
Report Cards will be mailed Tuesday. Your child's report card will also contain the Snap Code for data verification to register for the 2020-2021 school year. NOTE: Requests for transportation can only be made through the Infosnap data verification process.
