Message from the Principal
Dear Knights,
Our amazing students finished the week like animals! Thank you ACPO Student Council for hosting a much-needed spirit day on campus today. We are still due for a full spirit week this quarter!
We are moving!
It's time to purge and refresh! We are looking forward to our move to the Erie campus this summer. Our amazing 6th-8th grade program will continue from a new location next year. Please note that our 8th graders will be able to transition and enroll directly into the new ACP high school next year. I'm attaching a letter from CUSD officially announcing the move. Please don't hesitate to email or call us if you have any questions.
Booster Club Meeting MOVED
Our first ACPO Booster Club meeting of the year has moved to Monday, November 9th at 6 pm in our cafeteria. We may have fewer large events this school year, but you can still get involved and support ACP and our Boosters. Come on over November 9th, at 6pm.
Parent-pickup reminders
The majority of our parents are rocking the parent line! Thank you! And then there are the few. Please do not cut in line by turning left on California street. Parking across the street and asking your child to cross is also discouraged as it slows the line and increases the chances of an accident. Thank you.
Check out our newsletter! I hope you have a restful weekend!
Go Knights!

STUCO ANNUAL FUNDRAISER - CUSTOM ACP SWEATSHIRT & T-SHIRT SALES
ACP Student Designs: The images for the logo design are shown at the top of the google order form. The logos were exclusively designed by former ACP students.
Both the sweatshirts and spirit t-shirts being sold by STUCO students can wear every Friday with jeans. As a reminder as we get into colder months, ACP student's outerwear needs to be in dress code so these are a great idea! Don't miss this opportunity as STUCO only sells them once a year.
ORDERING PICTURES From LIFETOUCH
Use code # EVTWBVP27 at mylifetouch.com to receive exclusive online offers.
Note: Students will soon be required to present their student ID card to ride ACP school buses. Tip: Have students take a picture of their student ID card as a back-up copy for bus drivers.
YEARBOOK SALES BY PRE-ORDER ONLY
Don't forget to order a yearbook for your student(s). ACP does not buy extra yearbooks to sell at the end of the school year. Be sure to pre-order yours now before prices increase, and before presales end. Not the right time financially? Families may reserve a yearbook by making a partial deposit and periodic payments through Josten's online system. We don't want any students to miss out!

Parents may sign up for students, but please make sure the student’s name is listed! POWER HOUR REGISTRATION Week of 11/03/2020
Power Hour is an academic support we provide at ACPO on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays throughout the school year. It is a time where students can go to study and work on any of their academic classes. If needed, there is a classroom teacher available to answer questions. Space is limited to 20 students and pre-registration is required. All students must have a reserved a spot prior to attending a session. Power Hour runs from 2:50 pm to 3:50 pm Tuesday-Thursday's. Room locations are listed in the Upcoming Events section above.
Students must be picked up promptly at 3:50 pm at parent pick-up. As a reminder, ACPO does not have afterschool care. Students continually picked up late may lose the privilege of participating in Power Hour.
Notes:
- These are not instructor led sessions and parents must provide student transportation.
- In order to attend, all students must signup weekly through signup genius to ensure sufficient space is available.
- Under current Executive Order, facial coverings are mandated.
To ensure that all students have the opportunity to attend Power Hour as needed, students may only be signed-up for 1 week at a time.
