At Risk Reports, Grades, & Infinite Campus!
Hello Parents! Have you checked your child’s attendance in Infinite Campus? We are seeing a lot of our students not logging into morning meetings and being marked absent. Please take a minute to review your child’s attendance. If you see something that doesn’t look correct, please reach out to your child’s teacher.
What about checking your child’s grades in Infinite Campus? Seesaw and Google Classroom allow you to see your child’s work, but all recorded grades are in Infinite Campus. To learn how to access your child’s grades and see their progress please watch the video below. Is your child missing any assignments? Infinite Campus will help you see if your child has some makeup work to do. Progress reports will be going home to any of our students who are considered at risk (scoring below 70%) on March 12th. If you want to see your child’s progress you can access Infinite Campus 24/7 online.

Are You Ready For School....
Bring a Water Bottle
Please be sure your student brings a full water bottle.
Be sure to take your temperature
The District has provided thermometers along with a packet of information in regard to the use of thermometers, CDC, and TVUSD guidelines for when students should stay home from school. The thermometers and packets have been distributed to classrooms and will be sent home with the students attending in-person school on Tuesday 03/16. Not every student will receive a thermometer as the district has only provided enough for one thermometer per household. The oldest student at AES will receive the thermometer to be taken home for use by all students attending in-person.
It's very important that the students come daily with a charged device. Sadly devices without a charge need to set on a counter while being charged, leaving the students without the needed technology.
Be sure to take your temperature
