We've been working hard all week on nonfiction texts. We've worked on comprehension, determining main idea, explaining relationships, and comparing and contrasting. We've used the Bible, articles, and informational story books.

Please continue to have your children read every night- if only for 20 minutes! The more they read, the better their comprehension will be!

Science/ S.S.

We spent the week learning all about the Earth's Atmosphere and Weather. Your children were bonified Meteorologists today on this National Meterologist's Day! They were amazing!

Next week we will study the Earth....layers, volcanos, earthquakes, etc.

We will begin multiplying and dividing decimals next week.

We will be wrapping up the divided kingdom unit and testing on Thursday! Please study every night, don't wait until Wednesday night to study.
