Parents as Teachers is a free and voluntary program provided through the LSR7 School District that offers families regular home visits with a certified parent educator focusing on early childhood development and parenting practices. Developmental Screenings (3 years-Pre-K)

Home visits
Spring is here! Parent educators are able to offer home visits in-person indoors, in-person outdoors (weather permitting), virtually, or through telecommunication. We appreciate your continued support and flexibility in helping us deliver our program to the best of our ability.

Virtual Sleepy Time Stories
Tuesday, April 5th, 7-8pm
This is an online event.
April is National Library Month! Join our librarian, Kim Rues and parent educator Vikki Iseman in your pajamas (optional) for a snuggly sleepy time story! There will be two times: 7:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Join us for one or both! There will be a drawing for a free book at the end of each session. For more information and the Google Meet Link, visit:

Conscious Discipline: The Power of Choice

This event will be an open-ended conversation and a perfect time to ask all those questions you have been wondering about! Infant Massage
Friday, April 22nd, 10-11am

This event is BACK IN PERSON! Join parent educator and certified infant massage instructor Tracy Robinson for this one hour event. This class is for babies not yet crawling. Please bring a soft blanket or towel to lay your baby on as we will be utilizing the floor during this session. If you have a child that is younger than 10 weeks old, please bring a bed-sized pillow to support your baby.
