Annual HOA Meeting

We will be holding our annual meeting on Monday, April 7, 2014 at 6:30 pm in the Kestrel Drive cul-de-sac. We invite all Arbor Walk families to come out to support and discuss your neighborhood!

*April 21st will serve as a rain date.

Look at that Great Yard!

This month's spotlight yard is: 106 Kestrel Dr.

Make sure to check out the yard of the month sign in their yard!

Congratulations and thank you for working so hard to keep your yard looking great!

Friendly Reminders

1. The annual meeting is coming up in April. In order to have an official vote at that meeting, we need changes made to the covenants now! Please ask a neighbor for a ballot and send yours if you have not done so already. You can get the ballot here and email, fax, or mail it to Deb Bair.

  • EMail:
  • Fax: 843-563-5095
  • Mail: Dorchester Real Estate Services, Inc. P.O. Box 116 St. George, SC 29477

2. If you have any concerns about the neighborhood or specific questions please email Deb at the email address above.

Join us for the Arbor Walk Easter Egg Hunt!

When: Saturday, April 12th at 10:00 AM

Where: The community field behind Dolphin, on the left as you first enter the neighborhood.

Who: Any kids and families who live in our neighborhood! (The field is a very open space without many difficult hiding options, so it may be best suited for younger egg hunters.) Be sure to bring a basket!

Details: For each child interested in participating, please drop off a dozen plastic eggs filled with pre-wrapped candy, stickers, etc. at 111 Willet Drive before April 10th. That way we’ll know how many kids to expect, and have plenty of eggs for everyone to hunt for!

We will also have tables & chairs set up if you’d like to bring your coffee and a breakfast item to share so we can all socialize after the hunt!

For more details or to help out, please email Rachel at

Howdy Ho, Neighbors!

This month Adam and Sonya Barker have been nominated for Neighbors of the Month! Their neighbors say:

  • They are great to talk to, and friendly around the neighborhood.
  • They always wave and say "Hi!" to everyone they pass.
  • Their yard is a great example of hard work and gardening skills.
  • They are eager to be involved in the neighborhood and help out at events.
  • They make delicious macaroni and cheese!

What examples of community have you noticed around the neighborhood lately?
