What will we do?

Learn skills to keep your anger from getting out of control.

Learn to express your feelings in healthy ways.

Learn to communicate without yelling.

Learn to accept constructive criticism without becoming angry.

Every Monday in the IB Conference Room.

Group will meet for one hour each week.

Strict Confidentiality Guidelines WILL BE ENFORCED!!

Mutual Respect among all members is expected.
