Words of Inspiration
Every child deserves a champion--an adult who will never give up on them, who understands the power of connection and insists that they become the best that they can possibly be.

A Special Applause to...
I know some of you couldn't make it due to prior engagements and vacations. Thank you so much to those of you who set your rooms up and put locker combos on student desks. The parents were very appreciative to you for taking time out of your summer break and making a great first impression.
First impressions are so important. I want to thank Bru, Susan, Lina, and everyone who helped welcome our 5th graders to Greene. The Greene 101 program is absolutely amazing!

Information for the Staff
PD Day, What to Expect
The certified staff will meet at the high school on Monday. This day is an opportunity for you to learn and connect from each other. Feel free to join a scheduled session or find colleagues to start a new one. This time is a chance for you to collaborate with other experts to share and learn ways to better serve students.
Join the PTO
Our PTO is amazing! HERE is the form for you to show that we support them as they volunteer to provide so much for our staff and students. They will again be providing breakfast for staff on Friday, August 16.
It was previously shared by the tech department that we are getting new desktops. As you return to your classroom you will probably notice that they have not been replaced, yet. When additional supplies come in, the tech department will be setting them up in your room.
Band Hall Furniture
All furniture that is up for grabs is currently in the band hallway. The custodial staff will be clearing it out on Tuesday evening to make room for students. If you want something, grab it before then.
GR Staff Info Folder
The Greene Staff Information Folder has been updated. Check it out for information, schedules, and duty assignments. Click HERE to access it.
1st Day of School
On the first day of school, you will need to practice the dismissal plan for the end of the day with students. Cassi has placed bus tags in your mailbox. You will need to write or have students write bus information on them. There will not be a spreadsheet this year. Instead, students need to look up information by entering their student ID on THIS site. Students will need to write their Greene Bus on the line that says Info and their bus from the JH to their house on the line that says Name.
Bell Schedule 19-20
The bell schedule hasn't changed. HERE it is!
Staff Handbook
HERE is the Staff Handbook. While there have not been updates, please note that we should not prop doors. With the addition of the badge swipe system, you should enter through the main doors, white wing, or yellow wing.
MAP/AIR Data
HERE is a spreadsheet with information about students in your homeroom. You should make a copy for your use. This was created for you to provide information to group students in class or during Flex Time. If you would like help formatting, sorting, or analyzing, I would be happy to come to a team meeting and discuss. Let me know!
