Principal's Message
We are concluding our WinterKids Events today, Feb. 1st with our Winter Carnival fun. Although the snow and weather have been an issue, the students have still enjoyed the attention to healthy activities in the classroom and the school.
We are gearing up for our EmPowerME testing for grades 3-5 in the month of March. We try to instill in our students the importance of doing their best and demonstrating what they know on these tests. Usually, during the testing week for the grade level, the classroom teachers do not assign homework for the students. Here are the testing weeks for parents to know and to try to schedule appointments around testing:
Grade 5: Week of March 19
Grade 4: Week of March 25
Grade 3: Week of April 1
Hope you will join us tonight for our annual Talent Show. The show is from 6 pm to 8 pm, acts should arrive at 5:45 and head to the cafeteria for assignments. The PTC will be giving out free popcorn and waters to the audience. This is a great event and it really showcases our incredible students and their talents.
