IVRC By Law Changes

IVRC bylaws currently state that if our council were to dismantle, our funds would go to the International Literacy Association. In light of the current state of affairs with ILA, the Executive Board of IVRC recommends that this should be changed to show that funds would go to our state organization, Illinois Reading Council.

Please vote Yes or No in regards to this change. Your vote should be sent to wharram@midwestcentral.org.

Thank you for your participation in this matter.

Illinois Reads - Launch Event

"Illinois Reads" will take place on October 10, 2018, at the DuQuoin HighSchool, in DuQuoin, Illinois. This is a great opportunity to meet Illinois authors and connect with other Literacy teachers from the state of Illinois. Please mark your calendar and plan to attend!
