Consider attending the preconference session, “A Day in the Life of an AP Reader,” which provides a behind-the-scenes look at AP reading and scoring of exams. Learn the mechanics of the scoring process through a training that will help you to consistently integrate similar classroom tasks and help students to prepare for the free-response portion of the AP exam.

- Instructional strategies that Pre-AP/AP vertical teams can adopt to increase the number of at-risk students who are successful on AP exams
- Instructional practices that support scaffolding for rigorous coursework
- Support systems that align with The College Board mission of equity and access to advanced courses
- Integration of formative and summative assessments that align to AP standards and exams
