• Poor fitness level or lack of conditioning
• Lack of awareness about safety precautions for the sport
Tips for a good fitness level that can help prevent injuries
• Walk briskly for 30 minutes each day this week.
• Run a mile twice this week.
• Take a 30-minute bike ride.
• Play a game of soccer with classmates.
• Complete three sets of push-ups and three sets of lunges.
