Other Staff To Do's and Reminders:
- Last Day for Personal Days is May 9th!
PD Hours are due to Dave on or before April 27th. Be sure they are single sided, and extra sheets are attached with a paperclip NOT stapled. If you have any questions refer back to the email Dave sent out re PD hours.
School Specialty Orders are due to Melissa on or before May 23rd. Melissa is emailing out information and putting forms in your mailboxes.
Surplus will be a part of your checkout in May-I will be sharing out a Google Doc we use for Surplus as a building. This will make the process easier. You will not start clearing or tearing down rooms until the end of the year. Just be aware that this is coming up, and we prefer to take care of this at the end of the year versus beginning. A specific email will be sent about the process.
Inventory- Melissa is working on this information. This will be a part of your checkout process in May. ANYTHING that you did not purchase with your own money has to be added to this list. This does include grant purchased items, book fair, Orscheln, and building purchased items.
End of the Year Checkout Info will be given to you by the end of the month so you can be prepared.
