Peace and Unity Rally

Thank you so much to everyone who came out to our Peace and Unity Rally for Gun Violence Awareness Month! A big thanks to our youth groups who showed out in big numbers last week! We appreciate all of the work and support to lift up youth voices and the voices of those who have been impacted by gun violence as we work to bring about peace and unity in our communities.

The Sacramento Tree Foundation is looking for community partners for its NeighborWoods program which seeks to develop neighborhood forests through community action. The Tree Foundation has a grant to plant trees in disadvantaged areas in the unincorporated County, many of which are in Environmental Justice Communities. Here is the link to the program.
