Distance From The Sun
The distance from Pluto to the sun is 5.9 billion km. The exact number is 5,906,376,272 km.
The Temperature
The temperature on Pluto can reach as low as 400 degrees below zero and at it's warmest it can get to 375 degrees below zero.
The Width/ Size
The width of Pluto is 1,400 miles (2,300 km) wide. In size compared to all the other planets Pluto is the smallest planet.
The Color
The color of Pluto is brown because there is a layer of transparent ice covering pluto which makes it look brown instead of blue.
The Speed It Moves
It takes Pluto 248 Earth years to orbit ONCE around the sun. The reason it takes that long is because it is the farthest planet from the sun so it has a longer distance to go around the sun compared to a planet that is closer to the sun.
Special Features
Pluto is known for having 5 moons. They are Charon, Styx, Nix, Kerberos, and Hydra. Another fact is scientists have stopped calling Pluto a planet because it is now known as "dwarf planet". A dwarf planet orbits the sun just like all the other planets, but it is smaller. A dwarf planet is so small it cannot clear other objects out of it's path.
Living Things
Nothing can live on Pluto because of it's rediculously cold weather and even if there was things living on Pluto they would not be able to survive for even 1 hour. They would die of getting so cold.
Similarities to Earth
Pluto has some similarities to Earth. Some of them include them both being round, they both orbit the sun, and they both have at least one moon.
