Shifts are ok ranging with shifts starting at 7:30 in the morning to 8:30 at night.
The low downs are your the bridge between artists and programers, you must learn to make the animation acceptable without exceeding limits, and constantly upgrade to new technology.

To be a technological animator you must be able to withstand flashing lights and learn to texture and smooth surfaces with a computer to create life like figures or just some crazy design and for animators to make plans for real events you must know how to make perfect angles and make figures that won't collapse.
You must also know to work with no supervision but with many other co-workers and be very organized because you never know when you need a certain tool or file. Also you need to be able to be good with scrolling 3d platforms because without this skill you can't learn the basics.... You also need a degree in any sort of visual, technical subject.
