Enviroment
The Hydilyn grows in extremely cold, breezy temperatures.
Adaptations
The first adaptation is large leaves for a large water supply. The second adaptation is brightly colored petals which attracts insect to pollinate the flower. The third adaptation is a thick stem which prevents the flower from tipping or falling over.
Reproduction
The Hydilyn flower reproduces sexually. The reproduction occurs by pollination.
Seed Dispersal
The seeds are dispersed by the insects. First, the brightly colored petals attract the insects which allows the pollen to be picked up. Then, the insects travel towards another Hydilyn flower and pollinates it.
