History
Now lets go back into the history of the Amer fort. The Amer fort was located in the ex-capital Amer, which was a small place or town built by people called the Meenas. The Meenas built the town for Amba, the mother goddess. The Meenas was then massacred by the Rajputhans, the act of the massacre by the leader was known as an act of coward. After that event the Rajputhans rule over Amer and built the Amber Palace. And then after the rule of the Rajputhans, the Kachwahas rule over. They rule from the 11th century to the 16th century.
The fort have stood against all the rest of time and the invasions while the other old buildings were destroyed.
