December Newsletter

Indy Learning Center, Grades K-8

Welcome to the Hoosier Academy Newsletter

We are wrapping up our first semester and headed into break in style! We have students finishing projects, completing assignments and getting work done in order to fully enjoy their time away over break. As we are well into holiday season, I can't help but reflect on the past few weeks and be grateful for our families, staff and students. Each one has been so welcoming and positive to be around, I am truly enjoying getting to know everyone! Please don't hesitate to contact the school if you ever have concerns or questions for us. We are here for you! Have a wonderful Winter Break!

Best Regards,

Principal Miranda Tolentino

Need to talk with your student's teacher?

If you would like to speak to your student's teacher, please schedule an appointment with them. Many times parents want to pop in a few minutes early at pick up or stay a bit after drop off, and teachers are unavailable due to teaching their classes. To guarantee that your concern gets the attention it deserves, an appointment is the best way to ensure your needs are being met. If you have questions, please contact the school.

Team Building Thursdays

Each month, teachers, administration and support staff all get together for an evening of fun and professional growth. The first Thursday of each month you may find the crew somewhere around town - and you will know if from all the laughter that you hear. This event promotes team, sense of community and helps remind us of our mission and vision.

If you have a suggestion of where one of our outings should be, you can submit them to Mrs. Tolentino.
