To Keep You Informed
With the hot weather, it is a good idea to send in a refillable water bottle with your child. I will allow students to keep them at their desks to stay hydrated.
Third graders will be learning some challenging concepts in math this year. Students will benefit greatly from memorizing and practicing addition and subtraction facts every day! When we begin multiplication, they will need to practice multiplication facts.
If you are interested in helping in any way with our class, we would love to have you! Please contact me by email Jana.Lafave@cussd.org
Our P.E. days are Wednesdays and Fridays. Please make sure your child wears appropriate footwear on those days.
Your child's homework assignments are listed on the reverse side of each week's newsletter. The individual assignments will be brought home in your child's blue communication folder. Please check the assignment sheet daily because not all assignments require something to be turned in, but the practice is important to your child's success.
