Weekly Updates/ Reminders:
- Happy First Week of School-- we are so incredibly excited for the first day with the most incredible team of educators and students!
- Begin the school year strong by setting strong expectations, commitment agreements, GTKY circles, and procedures.
- Please take Attendance no later than 9:30 am, first day mark students present as a "1" in Tyler, and mark all day.
- Lesson Plans Due Friday August 16, 2019 no later than 7 pm (Microsoft Teams)-- if you need assistance please see admin

No later then 9:30 am EVERYDAY (Make sure you check your attendance twice a day).

Instructional Levers:
WEEKLY Instructional LOOK-FORS:
- Instruction starts Day 1-- instruction must be bell to bell.
- Commitment statements and Classroom expectations and procedures posted within the classroom.
- Connective Purpose Statements (I Can Statements)-- refer back to the examples during Professional Develpment
- iReady assessments begin (Teach students about classroom expectations around testing, technology expectations, tech safety and appropriateness)
Weekly Cultural LOOK-FORS:
- Teachers and Students teaching, modeling, and practicing School Wide Expectations according to the Wildcat Matrix.
- Use of Dojo points and ROAR Tickets to reinforce positive behavior on Day 1.
- Immediately begin using your community circle to begin building relationships with students.
