CERT for Juniors

All juniors will be taking the CERT on November 4

On November 4, all juniors will take the CERT, (College Equipped Readiness Tool). The CERT is aligned with the ACT College Readiness Standards and helps gauge the academic readiness of students.
The format of the CERT matches the ACT in that students are testing in English, Math, Reading and Science and provides valuable data to students, teachers, principals and parents. Each student will receive a report that includes performance by subject area, performance on three levels of the Career and College Readiness Standards and performance on subject-specific content that is organized using language that is generally familiar to students and teachers.
In addition, CERT provides remedial instruction to students through research based instructional video lessons that can be accessed by most devices. CERT provides an online Exam Room that provides performance feedback and video answer explanations for each and every test question. CERT also provides an online Study Hall that recommends subject-matter and strategy video lessons based on each individual student's performance.
