Art Club

There is a meeting after school on Wednesday in room 1100, Ms. Harper's room, at FMHS Main. The meeting will be short and full of information for the upcoming month. Hope to see you there!

Go Red

Heart Disease is the number one killer of women, causing one in three deaths each year. Friday, February 3, is the American Hearth Association's National Wear Red Day, to raise awareness of women's heart health. Take care of your heart and join us in wearing red this Friday.

Money Matters

If you want to be a Millionaire, then sign up for the class called Money Matters, and we will teach you how to do it. It is the number one elective at Flower Mound High School. Sign up now before all of the classes fill up. So remember if you want to be a Millionaire and learn how to manage money for the rest of your life, then Money Matters is the class for you.

Spanish Club

Spanish Club members, there is a meeting Wednesday, February 1st after school! We will discuss a field trip to the Dallas Museum of Art. Come join us for a fun game of bingo with some snacks!

FMHS Cheer and Mascot Tryouts

FMHS Cheer and Mascot Try-Outs are coming up March 6-10th. If you are interested in building school spirit and cheering on our teams we want to see you! MANDATORY parent/student meeting is February 6th in FMHS Library from 7pm-9pm.

National Backwards Day

Sarah Nicole Miller and Megan Emily Scott created Backwards Day on January 29, 1961, and since that day, backwards day has become a staple in American history.

Here are some fun things to try on backwards day!

  • Wear an article of clothing inside out.

  • Have breakfast for lunch.

  • Drive your car in reverse. (Actually might not be a good idea)

  • Wear your pajamas to work.

  • Write/speak backwards.

  • Recite the alphabet backwards.
