How tennis add more happiness to the life

Introduction

have you been playing sports during the school semester or you've been busy all time? I know that life keep us busy all the time in many different ways, but I believe we should find some room for ourselves. What about a kind of sport which gives you more energy to continue your day, and adds more happiness to your life?......I believe it is a tennis ball. Since I was a child ,I used to play tennis. I started when I was eight years old, and it became one of my favorite sports. Furthermore, it is still my preferred thing till now. I think it is the best sport for life time, for all ages, for less calories, and for fun.

It effects a person in a positive way

People who play in tennis three hours per week (at moderately vigorous intensity) cut their risk of death in half from any cause, according to physician Ralph Paffenbarger of Harvard University School of Public Health. Also, I feel that I lose lots of calories every time I play tennis. I think it gives me more vigor, more optimism and self-esteem. Tennis will let you lose calories more than any sports or any other machines . It is a sport for more fit, more healthy, and more fun.

Tennis is a sport you can put your health into. It is a sport in which you can meet people, make new friends, involve you family and connect with them for life. It is, after all a sport that can be enjoyed by every age and every ability level. You are never too old, never too young it is a sport for more fit and healthy lifetime.
