Great Relationships Produce Great Students

A big Bruin welcome to everyone new and returning to Carl Ben Eielson Middle School this year! We are off to a great start having completed the first few days of school. It was exciting to see so many families at our Back to School Night. We had an excellent turnout, and we would like to thank you for coming to meet our staff.

CBE staff look forward to partnering with you to best support your child this year. Our newsletter is an important communication tool sharing information from school to your home. Please take time to read it and note the activities taking place in our school. The newsletter and school calendar will also be posted on the CBE webpage. You can also keep current on District news! Sign up to receive the Fargo Public School’s District newsletter – School Talk. Go to www.fargo.k12.nd.us/newsletter and click Subscribe at the top of the page.

Communication is important to a successful school year. If at any time you have a question or concern about your child’s classroom, please feel free to contact their teacher. In addition, please feel free to contact the office if you have concerns about your child’s education and school day. Together we will have a great school year!

Congratulations to the Carl Ben Eielson Middle School PTA for being named a 2021-2023 National PTA School of Excellence. National PTA School of Excellence is a recognition program that supports and celebrates partnerships between schools and families that work to enrich the educational experience and overall well-being for all students. The path to becoming a School of Excellence begins with a joint commitment between PTA and school leaders to work together to welcome all families, communicate effectively, support student success, speak up for every child, share power and collaborate with the community. Carl Ben is one of 242 schools recognized for this award nationally and the only one in North Dakota.
