GRADE THREE'S BIG DAY!
Tuesday, June 14th - Flag Day Show & End-of-Year Picnic!
We look forward to welcoming our grade three parents to the Grade Three Flag Day Show at 10:00am on Tuesday, June 14th. The concert will take place in the gymnasium. Parents, please park in the Brookside lot and you will be greeted by a secretary at Door 16 and directed to the gym. At the conclusion of the concert, you will be directed outside for the picnic.
We hope you and your child enjoy this special day!
This Week! -- DUCT TAPE MR. LANZA!
Let's make sure he sticks to that wall!
PROJECT FAIR RETURNS!
(What's the "Project Fair" you ask? We'll tell you!)
"Driving questions pose simply stated real world dilemmas. They pose predicaments that students find interesting and actually want to answer. The question drives students to discuss, inquire, and investigate the topic. It should push them toward a production or solution. In the process of investigating the question and sharing their answers, students learn important content and skills."
Our students have been working hard on their projects and are excited to showcase them at our Project Fair Open House on Thursday, 6/16/22 from 6:30-8:00pm. Parents and families are welcome to meander through the gymnasium, main hallways and media center to view (and sometimes interact) with our students' creations. This is a casual open house and you may attend anytime within the 1.5 hour window.
Visitors to our open house may park in the front of the building or in Brookside lot. PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE GRASSY AREAS IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING OR IN ANY FIRE LANES.
**If you attend this evening event, please do not take your child's project home. All projects will be sent home either Friday, 6/17 or Monday, 6/20.
We hope you enjoy this celebration of students' curiosity and creativity!
