When track season was coming up I had to choose a sport to do for track .So I decided on shot put &disk-us so I would play the sport.


 When your getting ready to go u have your legs apart a good distances. Then your left arm out and the right arm bend with the shot put by your neck and then stretch the right arm out and push all your strength into it to make it far.


The power is all of your muscle holding the shot put and the pushing the muscle out like expanding it.    


I think that I love shot put and want to do it this year .It helps me with my strength and power.
