Pintlala Parent News

Principally Speaking

Dear Pintlala family:

We are getting close to the end of the first quarter of school at Pintlala Elementary! Over the past few years, we have had a few set backs due to Covid-19, but we are working very hard to get our students on track!

Please read nightly with your children. We are also asking you to work with your children on learning their basic addition (K-6), subtraction (K-6), multiplication (2-6) and division (2-6) facts. They should be able to recall these quick and automatic! (Check the Dollar Tree or Walmart for Flash Cards! There are also several online programs that can be used.)

Taking some time to do these things at home will help the teachers in the classroom. Please make sure your child is completing his/her daily assignments, both in class and at home. Stay in contact with your child’s teacher to stay abreast of what is happening in the classroom. We encourage you to please make sure your child is present and on time for school each day!!

Thank you so much for your continued support!

Many blessings!

Angela Kornegay Sampson, Principal
