From Your Captain

Just remember growth is the name of the game. We want all students achieving at high level and no matter where a student starts, we want to see growth. Make sure you are continuing to monitor students progress towards reaching their SLO target.

At this time, any students who have not made progress towards reaching their target level for the SLO goal, should have a plan in place to help that student. This shows that you are using data-based instruction to help students. You should have a document that you are monitoring student growth such as the student growth tracker. At this point, you will want to have several data points to show student growth. You will need this information when meeting with your TTESS appraiser.
