Update your Titlewave Analysis
Using SIRS Discoverer to Address Argumentative Text
Trending topics address issues that are updated daily based on global user searches. Editors’ picks draw readers’ attention to other important issues. Each topic provides an overview summary, at least 2 different viewpoints of carefully selected articles, critical questions to consider while researching, relevant political cartoons, and a timeline of important events. Introduce your teachers and students to these great tools today!
Ordering Tips
If you are ordering from Bound to Stay Bound, please do not request a quote. When you create a title list on their website, Amy can see the list and will enter it when she receives the signed paperwork. Creating a quote actually makes it harder to enter the order online.
Seesaw Training for Librarians
On Tuesday, November 12th from 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM in the Red River and Rio Grande rooms at the Technology Services building on Broadway, librarians are invited to come and learn about Seesaw from a fantastic group of NEISD ITSes, led by the amazing Laura Moore.
The class will be divided into three groups and will offer beginner, intermediate, and advanced Seesaw training. Don't miss out...save the date! Sign up for the course in Eduphoria Workshop.
TLA District 10 Conference
TLA District 10, CORAL, and UTSA Libraries are proud to present Fall Conference 2019: Spotlighting Library Opportunities!
Spend a day learning with fellow school, public, and academic librarians at the beautiful John Peace Library on the UTSA 1604 campus. The cost is only $30 for TLA members, and that includes breakfast, lunch, and parking! See the flyer here for more information.
