-Mangroves grow in areas with low oxygen soil
-Mangroves only grow in areas with tropical and subtropical latitudes near the equator because they can not survive in freezing temperature
-Mangroves line more than 1,800 miles of shoreline within Florida
-In the Florida's keys,the red mangroves,black,and white tend to dominate wetlands areas
